At Elite Debt Collection and Customer Service Limited, we are dedicated to providing a professional and transparent service. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know so that we can address your concerns promptly and fairly.
FCA Application Status

We are not currently registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we have submitted an application for FCA authorization, which is currently under review. Until our FCA status is approved, we will not accept or engage with cases that fall within the FCA’s regulatory scope.

How to Make a Complaint

When submitting your complaint, please include:

Our Complaint Process

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.

Your complaint will be thoroughly reviewed by a senior team member. We may contact you for additional information if required to fully investigate the issue.

Resolution:

We aim to resolve all complaints within 8 weeks of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will inform you in writing, explain the reason for the delay, and provide an updated timeline for resolution.

Escalation Process
Once our FCA authorization is approved, you may have the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Details about this escalation process will be provided upon request once our FCA status is confirmed.
